At Otter Things™, your wares are individually printed soon after you order them. In essence, they are made especially for you, or the otter lover in your life. If you receive your order and there is something wrong with it, please contact me right away.
Here are some potential issues:
The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me within a week’s time!
Please provide photos of the unsatisfactory product and the packing slip. This will make it much easier to resolve the problem.
As the old adage goes, “Measure twice, cut once.” Please check and double check the size of your product before you hit the purchase button. Not all apparel items are created equally.
Otter Things™ is proud to sell American Apparel garments, because they are made in the USA. I have provided size charts to help you determine which size to choose.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled.
I am unable to exchange apparel because of an improper size order. All sales are final. You may return the product and order a different size, but it will be at the customer’s expense.
N.B. The Women’s T-shirts are a slim-fit style, and have a tendency to run small. When in doubt, you can order the next size up, or consider choosing a Men’s T-shirt, if you are looking for a more comfortable fit.
When You Do Have to Return
Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to me. When returning items, I suggest you insure the package via Mail or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by my warehouse can be processed.
