The following contains estimates on fulfillment times for our merchandise.

Things are looking up at Otter Things and receiving your otter wares on time. Our fulfillment teams are working hard to get you your wares on time, but we still need to work safely. We see improvements in shipping times, but some orders are still taking longer than usual to be delivered. Carriers are struggling to process all the incoming orders, so they still may arrive late.

Tracking links will take longer than usual to update, with shipments being stuck in pre-transit. This doesn’t mean that your order is lost, but that the carrier is still processing it—the overload of shipments means shipping carriers are slower to register and ship your orders from their distribution centers.

Due to the many levels involved in creating our Otter Things products, some orders might be delayed because of industry stock issues further up the chain. We are monitoring this, and we may occasionally mark products as out of stock until we can be assured that you will receive the items you purchase.
