We thank you for your patience over the last year. Delays aren’t any fun, and we want to make sure our customers can receive their otter wares promptly.
Fulfillment times are back to what we saw pre-COVID. Our fulfillment teams are working hard to get you your wares on time, but we still need to work safely. If there is a disruption in production, we will show announcements on our site and inform any affected customers directly.
Due to the many levels involved in creating our Otter Things products, some orders might be delayed because of industry stock issues further up the chain. We are monitoring this, and we may occasionally mark products as out of stock until we can be assured that you will receive the items you purchase.
