Each order takes 3-7 business days for fulfillment, and then it’s shipped, which takes on average an additional 3-7 business days for delivery. ? Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
? Ask your local post office if they have your package
? Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order to the corrected address, but shipping will be at your own cost.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us via our contact form, and include your order number.
We are only responsible for packages until marked as delivered and not responsible for unsafe conditions at the delivery location.

All of our designs are printed with the latest Direct to Garment t-shirt printing technology (DTG). Our printing partners use eco-friendly, water-based inks to print our apparel. This gives the apparel a softer, more comfortable feel compared to traditional screen print, but it is just as durable.
If you notice any strong vinegar odors or off-white residue on your t-shirt when you receive it, don’t worry! These elements are from the special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle, along with the odor.
